Rum-runners, the Charleston, flirty skirts & silk stockings inspired this exciting collection of retro-look flapper garter buttons, hand painted on poly-silk by talented textile artist June Chambers of Bond Head, Ontario, Canada. The back is signed and dated and features a sturdy drilled plastic shank, very unique. Each measures about 7/8" (face part).
