 (Met-16) I call this the "Popper thingie". Any idea what this Art Nouveau openwork gilt brass Popper glass-studded object is? The center color spangled Popper cab measures 1-1/4" x 1" flanked by smaller multi/green oval cabs. Check the images below. You'll notice there is a large safety pin permanently affixed to the end of a curved brass back piece. Gilt has worn, needs polishing and TLC.
